PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE

Location: In-Person in Dallas, Texas
Type: Part-time
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role

We’re looking for a Part-Time Production Associate who will focus on supporting the firm and its client base through procurement, production, and vendor relations including:

• Ordering all samples.

• Managing all ordering, shipping, and receiving for clients and across company.

• Inputting products and information into project and process management tools (e.g. Pinterest, Alcove, spec book, etc.).

• Communicating to clients the process for: ordering, purchasing, receiving, scheduling, and installation (in accordance with our proposal language and values/client experience goals).

• Facilitating client approvals and invoicing (e.g. creating and sending approvals links for clients in Alcove, communicating to accounting when to bill).

• Vendor relations throughout purchasing and installation.

• Custom product production:

• Design Leads deliver full design intent and answer design related questions. 

• You will be responsible for quoting, communicating, and scheduling the custom produced item. 

• You may be responsible for seeking custom producer out.

• Other duties as assigned.

You are expected to continue to build knowledge and experience in, and contribute to, all aspects of Punch World’s business, including maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the industry in which we operate.
