Job details:

  • Contract through August with potential for renewal and/or promotion

  • $18 per hour

  • 20 hours per week

  • In-office

Qualifications:

  • Degree in—or pursuing degree in—Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline

  • Excellent design eye and intuitive sense of the Garza Interiors ethos

  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle several tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Can be assertive while remaining respectful

  • Past working experience preferred (internship qualifies)

  • Proficient in google sheets / excel

  • Unrestricted access to a reliable car

Responsibilities:

  • Design Garza Interiors sample library; create and memorialize intuitive organizational systems and processes

  • Assist with sourcing of fabrics, finishes, products, and materials as needed

  • Assist with building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and contractors

  • Request estimates and negotiate preferred pricing

  • Assist with maintaining trade relationship matrix and pricing touchstones matrix

  • Assist with coordination of vendor and contractor appointments

  • Attend vendor and contractor appointments; serve as liaison between designers<>vendors, and vendors<>clients; manage follow-up

  • Assist with creation of FF&E schedules

Job details:

  • Remote or in-office, but must be based in Dallas, Texas


Qualifications:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Ability to prioritize and solve problems on the fly in a fast-paced environment

  • Can be highly assertive, while remaining respectful

  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience preferred (internship qualifies)

  • Proficient in google sheets / excel

  • Ability to commute to our office in Oak Cliff occasionally


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with making FF&E purchases

  • Track reimbursable expenses and coordinate payments

  • Maintain FF&E schedules for all projects

  • Track arrival dates and update all schedules on a weekly basis

  • Inspect and/or coordinate prompt inspection of all incoming deliveries

  • Manage exchanges, returns, and replacement of damaged or otherwise incorrect product
